We Publish Our Prices

Every common job has a starting price published on the pricing page, before you dial. Almost nobody in this trade publishes anything, and the reason is straightforward: a number in advance removes the room to set the price once somebody is already standing in the utility room.

Licensed, insured and background-checked

Every technician on our payroll is licensed for the work they do, insured, and background checked, and the person at your door works for us rather than for a subcontractor.

Diagnostics Before Quoting

The technician tests the equipment instead of guessing from what you described on the phone. Two units can behave identically for entirely unrelated reasons, and the gap between those reasons is frequently the gap between a modest part and an expensive one.

A Fixed Price, Agreed First

You approve a fixed price once the diagnostics is done, before anything is opened. Agree to the work and the diagnostic is absorbed into the labor. Nothing is added afterwards.

An Honest Answer About Replacing

There are repairs we will talk you out of. Past half the price of comparable new equipment, on a unit already beyond two thirds of its designed life, buying is the sounder decision and you will hear it even though it loses us the work. That is what brings people back to us a second time.

Open Seven Days a Week

We answer 7am to 8pm on weekdays, 8am to 6pm on Saturday and 9am to 4pm on Sunday. A refrigerator full of food does not wait for Monday morning, and neither does the schedule.
