Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair was built around one idea: you should know what a repair costs before somebody is standing in your kitchen, and the price you are quoted should be the price you pay.

How we work

We are a mobile, in-home repair company. Nothing is dropped off anywhere: the work happens where the equipment is installed. One of our own technicians comes to you inside an arrival window, with the parts that fail most on that model already loaded.

Every visit follows the same sequence. Diagnose on measurements and the stored fault history, not on the first plausible explanation. Quote a flat price covering parts and labor. Get your approval. Then, and only then, open the appliance up.

What makes us different

We publish our prices. Every common job has a starting figure published on the pricing page, before you dial. Very few companies in this trade do that.

We are licensed and insured. Our technicians hold the licences their trade requires, full insurance and EPA certification for refrigerant work. Every technician has passed a background check.

We say no when we should. If a repair costs more than half of a comparable new appliance and the unit is past two thirds of its service life, we will tell you to replace it.

We take built-ins seriously. Furnaces, condensers, boilers, built-in refrigeration and wall ovens are all everyday work here. Getting a panel-ready unit out of fitted cabinetry without marking it takes time, and that time is taken.

BBB accredited with an A+ rating since opening in the north suburbs in 2020, and an active member of the United Servicers Association. Every technician holds a current Illinois license and full insurance, and the license number is on your paperwork.

Arlington Heights, plus Northbrook, Glenview, Winnetka, Deerfield, Highland Park, Lake Forest, Barrington, Buffalo Grove and Lincolnshire, worked from Arlington Heights on North Lincoln Avenue and North Richmond Street.

What We Commit To

• One fixed price agreed before work starts, with the diagnostic folded into it.
• Manufacturer parts wherever they can be sourced, with the numbers printed on your invoice.
• 30 days on parts and labor, in writing.
• An honest answer about whether the repair is worth doing.
