Before you book

Have the model number to hand if you can. On LG appliances it is usually on the door frame, behind the kick plate, inside a drawer runner or on the rear panel depending on the unit. Photograph the rating plate and send it over if the number has worn, and we will read it for you. With the model confirmed, the parts that most often fail on your exact unit travel with the technician – which is how most of these jobs finish in a single visit.
