Parts and pricing
We fit genuine Liebherr parts wherever they can still be sourced, and the ones that fail most often are carried on the van. If a part for an older appliance is no longer made, we will tell you and explain the alternatives rather than substituting something similar without mentioning it.
You are given the cost of the part and the cost of the labor as two separate lines, agreed before work begins and recorded on the invoice with the part number. Our labor is warranted for 30 days.
Have this ready when you call
The model number. On Liebherr appliances it sits on the door frame, behind the kick plate or on the rear panel, depending on what you own. If the plate has worn, photograph it and send it to us; we can usually read what is left. Once the model is confirmed, the parts known to fail on that exact appliance are loaded before the van leaves Stonegate.
